Hi! I'm Alexa,

your EMPOWER sports dietitian.

Navigating the world of nutrition is HARD. There is so much conflicting information out there and you don’t know whether it applies to you or not. Add being an athlete on top of that, and you may feel completely lost. I’m here to guide you through the process of becoming a better athlete through nutrition education and strategies fit for you.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Consultations

Every athlete is different! They each have different challenges and nutrient needs that should be discussed individually. Each athlete receives 2 sessions each 30 minutes, with session recaps to follow.

  • Empowered365 Presentation

1-hour nutrition focused presentation tailored completely to the needs of the team

  • 365 Workshop (Optional)

This hands on activity will teach your athletes how to develop the skills needed to become successful in their nutrition and emphasize the importance of planning and preparation. Of course, this would only be available if the in-person option was selected. 

  • Weekly Motivational Emails

Includes applicable nutrition tips, useful handouts, check-ins, and more.
