The Path to a Healthy Lifestyle — Part One

Part of living a healthy lifestyle is learning to love and believe in yourself. We’ve all had some kind of physical or emotional trauma that plagues our past (in some cases both), but using those negative moments to fuel our motivation to build our strength and embark on a positive outlook on our lives will forge the future ahead.

My journey to finding my inner strength involves building confidence in myself to push through whatever obstacles get in my way — to take risks and make gains toward a fulfilling life. To help further my self-confidence I’ve enlisted the assistance of Krav Maga Instructor, Dave Ordini, through Vacca Modern Martial Arts (VMMA) in Quakertown, PA.

This is the story of the little dietitian that could, and my path to taking charge of the fight, and my life.
