We provide education that allows both the amateur and the athlete to apply nutrition information to a practical and sustainable eating plan focused fuel and hydration for training, recovery, and optimizing overall performance, while also promoting mental health and wellness amongst busy schedules and traveling.
Athletes are often living with disordered thoughts and behaviors about food and their bodies. Disordered eating can lead to nutrition deficiencies, physical injury, and poor overall health, that can sometimes be life threatening.
Empower's intensive program for athletes provides guidance for building self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-confidence, self-care, and the skills to develop a positive mindset while achieving full athletic potential.

Every athlete is different! They each have different challenges and nutrient needs that should be discussed individually. Each athlete receives 2 sessions each 30 minutes, with session recaps to follow.
1-hour nutrition focused presentation tailored completely to the needs of the team
This hands on activity will teach your athletes how to develop the skills needed to become successful in their nutrition and emphasize the importance of planning and preparation. Of course, this would only be available if the in-person option was selected.
Includes applicable nutrition tips, useful handouts, check-ins, and more.
